KJ Technology Promotes Mark Woolfson to Director of Service Delivery
Enterprise Experience to Enhance Client Services
New York, NY, February 7, 2023 – KJ Technology is proud to announce the promotion of Mark Woolfson to Director of Service Delivery. Mark joined KJ in late 2021 as Service Desk Manager. In a short period of time, he has expanded and strengthened the services team. Mark has a keen sense of the client journey and how to shepherd clients through transformation and optimize steady-state operations. Mark is a seasoned technology executive with a proven track record of success in service delivery management, IT transformation, and project management leadership.
Mark began his career in the MIS department for a publishing firm, where he supported everything from desktops to servers, networks, and applications in a 24/7 environment. Over the years, he honed his service management skills in the enterprise space at American Express, IBM Global Services, and HCL Technologies. Before joining KJ in 2021, he spent five and a half years at Virtusa, a global provider of Digital Business Transformation and IT Outsourcing Services.
At Virtusa, Mark developed and executed global service delivery transitions and transformations across Digital and Cloud initiatives, most recently within the financial services sector. These initiatives included transforming clients’ business models from staff augmentation to managed services to better meet their needs. He collaborated with Virtusa’s Cybersecurity practice to grow cybersecurity awareness and reduce risk. Within Program Management, Mark hired and mentored team members to ensure high readiness and delivery of high value to clients. He worked with service delivery and project teams to improve skills, performance, and morale and earned accolades for significantly reducing turnover and attrition.

Mark has invested in formal training throughout his career to complement and elevate his work experiences. Mark earned certifications in PMP, Six Sigma/Lean Sigma, and ITIL. Combined with effective listening and leadership skills, he became the “go-to” person for turning around troubled programs and tackling other challenging assignments within several organizations.
Outside of work, Mark is passionate about optimizing his personal life, spending time with his family, and running. After running 10Ks and ½ marathons, he completed his first full marathon in 2022 and is preparing for his next race.
